Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Ground Turkey Rice Bowls
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until tender, about 15 minutes. Fluff and keep warm.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in half of the prepared bang bang sauce until everything is coated.
  7. Scoop jasmine rice into bowls and top with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over each bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
