- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until tender, about 15 minutes. Fluff and keep warm.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
