Step-by-Step Instructions for Brie and Hot Honey Puff Pastry Bites
- Thaw your store-bought puff pastry in the refrigerator overnight. Roll it out on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares, roughly 3 to 4 inches in size.
- Place a small cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Brush the edges with egg wash, fold over the cheese, and seal with fingers and a fork.
- Refrigerate the assembled bites for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
