- In a mixing bowl, combine halved grape or cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella balls, basil pesto, minced garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Fold the ingredients together until evenly coated.
- Slice ripe avocados in half and carefully remove the pits. Place the avocado halves, cut side up, on a serving plate.
- Spoon the Caprese filling generously into each avocado half.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optionally sprinkle some additional chopped fresh basil for garnish.
