Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, ground flaxseeds, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually stir in almond flour until the mixture holds together and is slightly sticky.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten into discs.
  5. Lightly brush the tops of each disc with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with favorite dips or alone.
