- Start by adding 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs into a blender. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking oil. Preheat for a minute.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting gently to spread it. Cook for 3-4 minutes until edges lift and surface is dry. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer cooked wrap to a plate, cool for 2-3 minutes, and repeat with remaining batter. Store with parchment between wraps.
