Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in remaining whipped topping, mint extract, and food coloring. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
