Steps
  1. In a Ninja Creami pint, combine protein powder, milk, xanthan gum, and stevia. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  2. Seal the pint with a lid and lay it flat in the freezer for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer and place the frozen base into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Secure the paddle lid.
  4. Select the “Light Ice Cream” setting and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  5. If needed, press the “Respin” button for a creamier texture.
  6. Create a well in the center and add chopped white chocolate and raspberries. Use the “Mix-In” feature to fold them into the ice cream.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to a week.
