Steps
- In a Ninja Creami pint, combine protein powder, milk, xanthan gum, and stevia. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Seal the pint with a lid and lay it flat in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and place the frozen base into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Secure the paddle lid.
- Select the “Light Ice Cream” setting and blend for 1-2 minutes.
- If needed, press the “Respin” button for a creamier texture.
- Create a well in the center and add chopped white chocolate and raspberries. Use the “Mix-In” feature to fold them into the ice cream.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to a week.
