  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder Aluminum-free for healthier option

For the Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Mixed with butter
For the Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey BBQ sauce Combine BBQ sauce with honey
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter Can use vegan butter
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic For aromatic flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Try nutritional yeast for dairy-free

Preparation
  1. Remove the tips and split the chicken wings at the joints. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towel.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the coated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Increase the temperature to 420°F and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Prepare the desired sauces while the wings are cooking.
  6. Toss the cooked wings in the chosen sauce and serve immediately.
