  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
For Serving
  • 2 cups jasmine rice or cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes, season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. Coat the salmon cubes in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated salmon bites on a parchment-lined baking tray or in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the bites in the oven for 12–14 minutes or in the air fryer for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. While cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey for the sauce.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, topped with salmon bites, shredded cabbage, avocado, and carrots.
  8. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds, and serve with lime wedges if desired.
