Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken by placing sliced chicken in a resealable bag, pouring dill pickle juice over it, and refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  3. Set Up Breading Station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in three shallow bowls.
  4. Bread the Chicken by patting dry the marinated chicken, dredging it in flour, then egg, and finally coating it in the breadcrumb mixture.
