- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips (or dried fruits), and optional cinnamon. Mix until all ingredients are well blended and form a cohesive dough.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 5 minutes. Prepare the basket by lightly spraying or lining it with parchment paper.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the dough into equal sizes, shaping and flattening each piece into small rounds.
- Place the shaped cookies in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring space between them. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, gently remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
