Preparation Steps

  3. Chill: Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
  4. Optional Coating: Melt dark chocolate and dip the chilled bites in it, allowing excess to drip off before placing them back on the tray.
  5. Store: Keep bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a month or freeze for three months.
