  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Can substitute with canola or sesame oil.

Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the air fryer basket and let it heat for a minute. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced carrots and green peas, cooking for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked white rice and soy sauce; mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then pour into the rice mixture and cook for an additional 4–5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped green onions and stir for 1-2 minutes before serving.
