Preparation Steps
  1. In a mason jar, combine cider vinegar, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, honey, grainy Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until emulsified.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add baby arugula and fresh herb leaves. Toss gently to combine for a vibrant base.
  3. Thinly slice red onion and add to the herb mixture. Chop cucumber and combine with blueberries and optional radicchio.
  4. Sprinkle in candied pecans and crumbled goat cheese, folding gently to mix without crushing blueberries.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  6. Transfer salad to a serving dish or bowl, garnishing with edible flowers before serving.
