- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice off the top of the French or Italian bread to create a lid, and hollow out the inside of the loaf.
- Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in olive oil or butter for 5–7 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Add ribeye steak and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes until browned.
- Brush hollowed bread with melted butter, add half the provolone cheese, followed by the steak and vegetable mixture, and top with remaining provolone.
- Bake the stuffed bread for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optionally, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve warm.
