- Prepare Ingredients: Slice the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized pieces. Wash and cut the zucchini and red bell pepper into thin strips. Mince the garlic finely. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
