Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white and dark chocolate discs in separate microwave-safe bowls in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Transfer melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, snip a small corner for piping.
  3. Dip mini pretzels into white chocolate, coat evenly, tap off excess, and chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 3 minutes.
  4. Decorate the chilled pretzels with additional melted chocolate, candy eyes, and pink heart sprinkles; chill for 2 minutes to set.
  5. Repeat dipping method for sheep pretzels with white chocolate, sprinkle nonpareil sprinkles, and chill for 3 minutes.
  6. For sheep, use dark chocolate for faces and ears; chill for 2 minutes to set the decorations.
  7. For remaining pretzels, dip in dark or milk chocolate, add pastel sprinkles while warm, and optionally drizzle contrasting chocolate.
  8. Store fully set pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
