  • 4 medium Zucchini Choose firm zucchini for best texture.

  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chives can be used as an alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in spiralized zucchini and sliced green onions. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
