- While the beef is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce and dice the cherry tomatoes. Prepare any optional toppings like red onion or black olives.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Mix gently to create a salad base.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad base and toss gently to distribute evenly.
- Just before serving, crush the Nacho Cheese Doritos over the top of the salad.
- Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
