Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and a 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread uncooked long grain white rice evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Pour chicken broth over the rice without stirring.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Pat chicken dry and place it on top of the rice. Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce generously over the chicken pieces.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 50-60 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
