Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the cod fillets in the greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the asparagus around the seasoned cod and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil and mix well.
  6. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cod and asparagus. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cod flakes easily and the topping is golden brown.
