Ingredients
  

For the Patty
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken can substitute canned mashed chickpeas for a vegetarian option
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled; can substitute with goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives diced; can substitute with black olives
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped; fresh tomatoes can be used
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion diced; can substitute green onions
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh garlic is preferred
  • 1 tbsp Oregano use Italian seasoning if needed
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder; use chia/flaxseed for vegan option
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper adjust according to taste
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt the creamy base of the sauce
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber squeeze out excess moisture
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic fresh is always better
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped; parsley can be substituted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for added richness
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl, mix gently.
  2. Shape mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
