  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture using a spatula.
  6. Use a spoon or scoop to dollop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, creating 6–8 distinct rounds.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before serving.
