  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Can replace with almond extract for a twist.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Feel free to omit if desired.

  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips Choose dark chocolate for a richer option.
  • ¼ cup Melted Dark Chocolate For drizzling over the bites.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, dollop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over each dollop for added sweetness.
  5. Freeze the bites for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once firm, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes
