- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, dollop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over each dollop for added sweetness.
- Freeze the bites for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
