Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, stirring frequently until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet, stirring until it melts and combines with the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. On a floured surface, roll each piece of biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal each bomb securely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
  9. Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with dipping sauces.
