Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, stirring frequently until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet, stirring until it melts and combines with the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- On a floured surface, roll each piece of biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal each bomb securely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with dipping sauces.
