For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Substitute with dried oregano or thyme if desired.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Omit for milder flavor.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitution Note: Pecorino Romano for a stronger flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Use chopped for best effect.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the mini corn on the cobs in a baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the corn and coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the corn.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
