Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the mini corn on the cobs in a baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the corn and coat evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the corn.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
