Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out your pizza dough onto a floured surface into a 12x16 inch rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly across the surface of the dough, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the marinara sauce, then add half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge, pinching and sealing the edges while doing so. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced rolls snugly inside.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
