Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, pour in ¼ cup of low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos), 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 clove of freshly mashed garlic, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger. Whisk to combine.
  2. Introduce 1 teaspoon of sriracha to the mixture, whisk vigorously for another 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste your sauce and adjust flavors with more vinegar, sriracha, or soy sauce as needed.
  4. If desired, mix in 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of sliced green onions.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
