Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil to the hot skillet and cook the seasoned chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat and add canned diced tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in spinach and basil, cooking for another 2–3 minutes until spinach wilts.
