  4. Beat in 4 room-temperature eggs one at a time using an electric mixer for 1–2 minutes after each addition.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or a baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the prepared tins or onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they turn a deep, golden brown.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with honey before serving.
