- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast or spread Boursin cheese over the top, using about 2 tablespoons per breast.
- In a bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
- Press the herb mixture firmly onto the cheese-stuffed chicken breasts for even coating.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
