Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually fold in low-fat Greek yogurt, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Divide the kneaded dough into 8 equal portions and roll each piece into an oval about 6 inches long.
  6. On one half of each oval, place about 15g of pizza sauce followed by about 20g of low-fat cheese.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and press the edges together.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
