Cooking Instructions

  3. Step 3: Prepare the Avocado Rice - Mash ripe avocado in a bowl until smooth, mix in lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Fold in warm cooked rice until creamy.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Stack - Layer avocado rice on a plate, top with sliced grilled chicken. Garnish with cilantro, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
