Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown, brushing with honey glaze in the last minute.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil, add rice, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until tender. Fluff with a fork and season.
  3. Slice avocados just before assembling the stack, brush with lime juice to prevent browning.
  4. Using a ring mold, layer rice, then chicken, followed by avocado, pressing down gently.
  5. Remove the mold to reveal the layered stack, drizzle with remaining honey glaze, and garnish with lime wedges.
