Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and honey together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk, alternating until just combined.
  6. Fold in the diced peaches carefully.
  7. Fill the liners ⅔ full with batter and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.
  8. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and honey.
