  3. Combine the cooled brown butter, 1 cup of dark brown sugar, and 0.5 cup of granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix until fluffy.
  4. Add 2 large eggs one at a time, and then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
