  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for authentic flavor

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the flank steak against the grain and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then stir-fry the onion and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for an additional minute.
  5. Return cooked beef to the skillet along with beef broth and oyster sauce, stir for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
