  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted for sautéing
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Creates creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chives Finely chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting your tender steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Melt completely.
  3. Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip the steak bites and add minced garlic. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and cover to keep warm.
  6. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Whisk in 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Simmer for another minute.
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce, and heat through for 1-2 more minutes.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately garnished with chopped chives.
