  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute Powdered monk fruit sweetener works well for a different flavor.
  • 1 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute Use your preferred granulated sweetener.
  • 4 teaspoons Cinnamon Pumpkin spice can lend a seasonal twist.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Melted) Coconut oil can be a great dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but highly recommended.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Just a pinch goes a long way.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Pecans or Chopped Walnuts (Optional) Swap with your favorite nuts if preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lay a low-carb tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on it. Roll tightly from one end to ensure filling stays inside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Swerve granulated sugar substitute and remaining 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F or oven to 400°F. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. For air frying, place roll-ups in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. For baking, arrange on a tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let cool for a minute and serve warm, optionally garnished with crushed nuts.
