- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lay a low-carb tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on it. Roll tightly from one end to ensure filling stays inside.
- In a small bowl, mix the Swerve granulated sugar substitute and remaining 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F or oven to 400°F. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- For air frying, place roll-ups in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. For baking, arrange on a tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, let cool for a minute and serve warm, optionally garnished with crushed nuts.
