  3. Add Vegetables: Stir in diced red bell pepper, yellow onion, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Tomato Paste & Spices: Push turkey mixture to one side, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Toast for 1 minute, then mix in spices and ½ cup chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Make the Guacamole: Mash 2 ripe avocados in a bowl. Mix in lime juice, salt, and optional add-ins. Cover to prevent browning.
  6. Warm Tortillas: Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 15 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble Tacos: Spoon turkey filling onto warmed tortillas, top with guacamole and desired toppings.
