- Cook the Turkey: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground turkey. Cook until mostly opaque, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in diced red bell pepper, yellow onion, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
