- In a 9x13 baking dish, combine 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter with dry white wine. Place this dish in the oven for about 10 minutes.

- In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, finely grated Parmesan cheese, and extra salt. Pour the remaining melted butter over and mix.
