- Take thawed frozen tater tots and arrange three in each muffin cup, pressing them down to form a crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and chop your choice of meats and vegetables into small pieces. Distribute them evenly into each muffin cup.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and seasonings until frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup over the fillings, filling about 90% full.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each cup and bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before carefully using a spatula to lift each omelet out and serve warm.
