  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

  • 2 medium Golden Potatoes Sliced into wedges
Tahini Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Tahini Smooth sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For moisture

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, and chopped herbs in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and form into elongated shapes.
  3. Slice the golden potatoes into wedges, toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place on a baking tray.
  4. Place the kofta on top of the potatoes and bake for about 30 minutes until golden and juicy.
  5. Whisk tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water to your desired sauce consistency.
  6. Drizzle the tahini sauce over the kofta and potatoes and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with herbs or lemon zest before serving. Enjoy hot with a refreshing cucumber yogurt salad.
