Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F as per the instructions on your tostada package.
  2. Spread an even layer of refried beans over each tostada tortilla.
  3. Generously sprinkle shredded Asiago cheese over the refried beans on each tostada.
  4. In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat, then add diced onions, bell peppers, and carrots.
  5. Mix in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the sautéed vegetable mixture.
  6. Once the veggies are fragrant and flavorful, generously top each tostada with the sautéed mixture.
  7. Drizzle onion pepper sauce over each garnache, adding a zesty and tangy finish.
  8. Place the prepared tostadas on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  9. Once they're golden and bubbling, remove the Belizean Garnaches from the oven and serve hot.
