Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pit and chop 4 Medjool dates and place them in a blender with 1/4 cup of your chosen milk. Blend until smooth to create a date paste.
  2. In two jars, evenly divide 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, a pinch of kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Stir to mix well.
  3. Pour the prepared date paste over the dry mixture in each jar. Add 3/4 cup of remaining milk and 1 tablespoon of honey if desired.
  4. Seal each jar with a lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to combine all ingredients.
