Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of neutral oil to the hot pan, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. Once the oil shimmers, toss in the quartered onion pieces, sauté for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another 30 seconds.
  5. Add the zucchini sticks to the pan, sauté for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and toasted sesame oil, season with salt and black pepper, sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, then serve immediately.
