Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings, ensuring each piece is coated. Toss to distribute evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the dry rub over the chicken wings and rub it thoroughly into the wings.
- Optional: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to enhance flavor.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings on the rack.
- Bake the wings for about 30 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and optional hot sauce. Simmer until it thickens.
- Taste and adjust the sauce, if necessary. Then toss the wings in the sauce to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite dips.

Notes
For best results, allow the wings to marinate for flavor and ensure they stay crispy by using a wire rack for baking.
