Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing the ciabatta loaf horizontally into two equal halves. Set aside while you prepare the spread.
  2. In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Spread generously onto both ciabatta halves. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. On one half, layer 100g of cooked ham, followed by 100g of spicy salami, and then 100g of pancetta. Add fresh tomato slices on top.
  4. Place 7 slices of Monterey Jack cheese atop the layered meats and tomatoes. Return to air fryer until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mound 1 cup of coleslaw atop the melted cheese. Close the sandwich and serve hot.
