- Begin by slicing the ciabatta loaf horizontally into two equal halves. Set aside while you prepare the spread.
- In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Spread generously onto both ciabatta halves. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- On one half, layer 100g of cooked ham, followed by 100g of spicy salami, and then 100g of pancetta. Add fresh tomato slices on top.
- Place 7 slices of Monterey Jack cheese atop the layered meats and tomatoes. Return to air fryer until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mound 1 cup of coleslaw atop the melted cheese. Close the sandwich and serve hot.
