Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Marinate Chicken: Combine sliced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Add cornstarch and water or broth to create a smooth sauce.
  4. Cook Chicken: Heat wok over medium-high heat with cooking oil. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Remove chicken, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
