Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, fresh spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into firm, even burgers about ¾ inch thick. Oil the sides to prevent sticking.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes and add oil. Carefully place the patties in the skillet and sauté for 5–6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. After cooking, let the patties rest for 3-5 minutes. Prepare burger buns and toppings.
  5. Assemble the burgers with each patty on a bun and desired toppings. Serve with sweet potato fries or a light salad.
